Our High-Index Lenses are meant for people with higher prescription power. These are super thin & light in weight so that your eyewear can transform from a liability to sheer love!
When buying, take a note to select lenses with Refractive index of 1.61 or above on Multifolks that’ll ensure a sturdy & slim frame for your eyes.

I HAVE AN OLD FRAME. CAN I BUY ONLY LENSES?
We understand your affection for your old eyewear but currently, we do not sell lenses independent of its frame.
If you like, you can try a Free Frame instead from our collection & add your desired lenses. We’re pretty sure you’ll love your new pair even more.

DO YOU HAVE PHOTOCHROMIC LENSES?
Yes, Multifolks does offer photochromic lenses (also popular as light-adjusting lenses). These lenses darken under the Sunlight & become clear when you are indoors.

- Filter as per your gender/collection/shape/color etc.
- When you find the frame you like, click on ‘Select Your Lenses’ & choose preferred lenses
- Fill in the required details at checkout & make your payment.
Note: Your Prescription will be taken post order placement.

HOW DO I UPLOAD MY EYE POWER DETAILS?
Once you place your order, you will be directed to “Upload Prescription” Page.
In case you don’t have your prescription handy, you can also tap on “Update Later” & share your prescription within 14 days of placing your order. You can do so by going to My Orders > View Details > Upload Prescription Tab.
P.S. For higher eye powers, you may be asked to send your valid prescriptions via an email.

HOW DO I READ MY PRESCRIPTION CORRECTLY?
There are two types of values- OD and OS in your prescription to denote Right Eye & Left Eye respectively. Values in negative stand for nearsightedness and positive ones for farsightedness
If you have astigmatism, you may see three filled sections under - Spherical, Cylinder and Axis.
- Spherical shows nearsightedness / farsightedness
- Cylinder can be positive or negative
- Axis ranges from 0-180 degrees

HOW CAN I FIND MY PUPILLARY DISTANCE OR PD VALUE?
Follow these simple steps to know your PD Value
- Place a ruler in millimeters on the bridge of your nose.
- Have a friend or family member face you at arm's length.
- Have them measure the distance between the center of both your pupils (the black dots in your eyes).
If you don't have someone to help you then face the mirror and try doing it yourself. If you own a pair of glasses currently, try drawing dots on your lenses with a magic marker or highlighter at the exact location of your pupils. This distance is your PD Value.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PAIR OF EYEGLASSES / THE PRESCRIPTION IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
Our quality control team at Multifolks ensures thorough testing and examination of all the products prior to shipping, yet if you’ve received a damaged product or not as per your prescription details, you can initiate a “Return Request” in My Order - View Details section. Post which you can place a new order.
P.S. It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept shipment if damaged, or if the package is already opened. After opening the package, if the product is damaged, customer should write email our customer support and log-in the issue on the same date of product received. If customer does not log-in the complaint within the time frame mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns in such cases
